Net 30 days to customers with an established credit history. New accounts are COD until credit is established. A finance charge of 1 1/2% (Annual Rate 18%) will be charged on all delinquent accounts over 30 days. For terms on Seedlings & Transplants or Cut Christmas Trees see appropriate section. All orders are subject to prior sale, crop injury, inventory errors or loss beyond our control.

Claims for any reason must be made promptly upon receipt of stock. Plants that are not acceptable at unloading must be placed back on truck and returned to Smith Evergreen.

Spring: Approximately March 1st - May 25th

Spring & Fall Digging Season: Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm, Saturday 8am - 12 noon. Closed Sunday.

Business Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm, Closed Saturday and Sunday.

Shipping is available via our trucks. Freight rates are COD, Destination. Orders may also be picked up at our Nursery in Magnolia, Ohio.

We will do everything to insure your shipment is sent according to your specifications. However, inclement weather may delay some shipments.

All problems must be reported to Smith Evergreen Nursery within 24 hours of delivery and written documentation within 3 days, otherwise trees are accepted "as is" and later claims will not be honored.
