Net 30 days to customers with an established credit history. New accounts are COD until credit is established. All orders are subject to prior sale, crop injury, inventory errors or loss beyond our control. Claims for any reason must be made promptly upon receipt of stock. Plants that are not acceptable at unloading must be placed back on truck and returned to Smith Evergreen.
