SPECIALS:
Scotch Pine orders of 150 plus get 1 FREE TREE for each 15 ordered.
White Pine orders of 150 plus get 1 FREE TREE for each 10 ordered.
TERMS:
25% Deposit due with order. Balance due on pickup or at time of delivery. Cash, Cashiers
Check, or Money Order accepted with delivery or upon pickup. No personal or company checks accepted after Nov. 1.
All problems must be reported to Smith Evergreen Nursery within 24 hours of delivery
and written documentation within 3 days, otherwise trees are accepted "as is" and later claims will not be honored.
FREIGHT:
Per tree basis in Ohio:
Zone 1: NW Ohio - $1.50 per tree
Zone 2: SE Ohio - $1.45 per tree
Zone 3: SW Ohio - $1.60 per tree
Zone 4: NE Ohio - $1.10 per tree
Freight rates outside of Ohio are available upon request.
TRUCKS:
Approximately 750 tied trees on our 48 ft. semi truck or
approximately 230 individually tied trees on our straight truck. |
